Theresa Kull – Director
Mrs. Kull is married to a wonderful husband, Ed, and has four children; Eddie (18), Hannah (8), Samuel (6), and Sarah (4) and has a black Lab – Princess. As a family they enjoy camping, traveling to Disney World (or anywhere in Florida), and just being together!  Mrs. Kull is relatively new to her career in early childhood and just completed an Associates degree in Early Childhood Development. She recently received a CDA Certificate (Child Development Associate) and also has a bachelor’s of science degree from Kettering University and an MBA in marketing and finance from Michigan State University. Prior to this she spent almost 20 years in automotive marketing and has worked and taught courses in South America, Africa, the Middle East, and northern Europe – but she claims that nothing is as fulfilling as the career she has now.  Mrs. Kull says that God called her to start Little Saints. She has always enjoyed teaching and coaching activities to young children and now gets too! She gets to use her business and marketing background and spend time impacting the lives of God’s gifts to us – through your children.

 

Renay MacLean – Red Room
Renay MacLean graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 1985 with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education K-8th and received a Masters Degree from Eastern Michigan in Early Childhood Education. She has taught preschool, kindergarten, first, second and sixth grade over the last fifteen years and has certification to teach in Michigan, Colorado and New Mexico. Mrs. MacLean is the Red Room teacher and enjoys working with the four year old children in a Christian environment where she can share in God’s blessings and learn to grow in His faith. She believes in the whole child and that children learn best when provided with a rich challenging atmosphere that balances teacher-directed with child-initiated experiences.
Mrs. MacLean is married and has two sons that are eight and nine years old. Her family loves spending time together snow skiing, camping and kayaking. A few of her personal interest include: reading with a book club, participating in PTO, Motor Moms and Dads and enjoying her two sons sports activities. She loves to teach and finds great joy in helping children to develop and grow.

Darlene Manross – Purple Room
Mrs. Manross is one of the 4 year old teacher’s at Little Saints. She lives in Brighton with her husband and three children. Her family is active and everyone is in competitive sports. She is a Hartland native and believes that Livingston County is a great place to raise children! In her downtime, she enjoys running and spending time with her family.  Mrs. Manross has a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University in communications and teaching. For two years she worked in Brighton Area Schools Tot Spot programs including, preschool and kinder care and she volunteers in her children’s classrooms in Brighton schools. She has also coached preschool and kindergarten gymnastics at Infinity in Brighton.

Stephanie Olsen – The Green Room
Mrs. Olsen and her husband Billy live in Fenton with their two daughters, Bree (15), and Gracie (5), and their German Shorthair ,Talley. They are a very active with their church family at a Presbyterian Church in Fenton. As a family, they enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking and relaxing at home and at their cabin in northern Michigan. Prior to coming to Little Saints she worked in childcare at Carls Family YMCA, and has also worked for 3 different YMCA facilities (Grand Haven and Grand Rapids - where she was raised). Mrs. Olsen is also involved with and volunteers work at Camp Tanuga, a resident camp in northern Michigan, and for the Bear Hug Foundation, which is a non-profit camp that provides camp for handicapped, at-risk and impoverished children. After many jobs Mrs. Olsen says that she finally realized that she needed to commit to a career that fits her personality and truly makes her happy and fulfilled and that she believes God brought her to Little Saints. Last fall she returned to school to obtain a teaching degree and recently received a professional credential with a CDA (Child Development Associate).  She says that she was brought here to share her gifts and spirit with your children - she wakes up in the morning and is excited for a day of work, fun, and growth!


Tracy Waller – Teacher Assistant, Purple Room
Mrs. Waller and her husband, Scott, made Hartland their home seven years ago and have been blessed with two amazing children – Jenna (7) and Jace (5). She has a B.S. in Physiology from CMU and is a certified Massage Therapist and put full-time work on hold for “Mom’s work” once children came. When her children started school she started substitute teaching and found out that she really enjoyed working with the children. In her quest for a great preschool program for Jace and wanting a position working with children, she was referred by a dear friend to Little Saints. She says that she is proud to be a part of this mission with such a heart-centered staff that encourages spiritual growth as well as academics and that she gets a lot of joy from working with your little blessings!
